Consulting of Companies

We understand consulting services as very demanding tasks. We know that there is a particular responsibility in the evaluation and appraisal of businesses which serve as a decision supporting instrument incident to the acquisition or divestiture of companies, even in case small or mid-size companies are concerned. Another focus of our consulting services lies on assistance in the shaping of innovative business and project concepts.

Financial Investments

For more than two decades, we focus on the attendance of tax-privileged capital investments. We either structure with the issuer the legal, tax and economic concept of such investments and real estate funds or we act as trustee for the investors, in particular with respect to reviewing and monitoring the use of funds.
